Maegan and Kevin have known each other since they were small. They reside in Connecticut (to see images I made during their engagement session around Seymour, CT, click HERE) but decided to celebrate their marriage in Newport, RI. They described it as the place in which they fell in love. The reception was held at the Eisenhower house and featured some of the prettiest decor I have documented this season. Maegan invested a huge amount of effort and love into the the details of the celebration, and it glowed with her enthusiasm, taste, and sense of whimsy. There were sparkling chandeliers, hand-selected vintage side plates at each place setting, charming rustic tables, pink goblets, playful florals, pashmina wraps in cotton candy colors (favors for the guests), and golden evening light that would melt any photographer’s heart.
In short, I really loved this wedding.
